SUPERIOR for deep-frying
It was a little unexpected because the INSIDE is "baked enamel" and not the traditional cast iron throughout. But I'm very happy with it as it is super easy to clean and does a marvelous job with deep frying, stir frying and nabe cooking!

great product
It is a great product especially when I have guests, itself on the table is already decorative too. It is a bit heavy but easy to clean.
Shabu Shabu Pot
After reading about all the other Shabu Shabu pots with thin metal and uneven heating I decided to go with this model and use my portable burner. That works nice so far. The pot is nice and has a enamel coating inside. The base wooden plate arrived broken because it was just thrown on top and not wrapped at all.
I hope I will get a replacement for the base plate, then I will rate the seller.
